Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation
within 2 hours of placing
the order, provided the invoice has not
been generated and goods have not been
dispatched.
A 15% cancellation charge
will apply if a confirmed order is
cancelled after processing, subject to
applicable cancellation conditions.
Refund
If Kadeshwara Fireworks is unable to dispatch goods due to unavoidable circumstances, the eligible refund will generally be processed within 10 working days through the original payment method.

Goods can be collected from the Transporter's Warehouse or directly from the Lorry Driver, depending on transport policy.
What transport details will I receive?
You will receive the transporter name, local contact number, Way Bill / LR number and other necessary details.
When are transport details shared?
Transport information is generally shared through SMS, WhatsApp and Email within 48 hours of confirmation.
How can I check my order?
Orders with 100% advance payment are generally processed within 24â36 hours. Status can normally be checked after payment confirmation.
What are transportation charges?
Charges vary according to destination, shipment weight and transport service selected.
What affects delivery time?
Weather, public holidays, Sundays, transport schedules and operational conditions may affect delivery time.
